Worship

worship We were created to worship God. Our worship--both private and corporte--should reflect what Jesus is doing in our lives.  Worship is our response to God’s greatness and is more than singing songs and listening to a sermon--it's a lifestyle.  Worship must point people to God causing us to surrender to Him.  Worship that points people to God makes the greatest impact.

worship We desire worship that is free and unencumbered.  We worship with the expectation that we will meet God.  We believe that our corporate worship helps model what our private worship needs to look like.  Likewise, our private worship sets the tone for the way we worship corporately.

Jesus said:  "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."  (John 4:23-24 )

On Sundays, we provide worship for all ages. Come as you are. At The Gathering, more than our music style, we desire to bring our hearts.
